    These are good. I have lost 11 lbs in 3 weeks. no exercise but eating healthy. I like that is has bioavailable folate instead of folic acid. Not everyone absorbs folic

    So far I feel better no brain fog and the extra side effect of a few pounds lost is great! I would definitely start with 1/2 tablet for a week as these are pretty potent. The best on the market. I was using a cheaper brand did not have the same ingredients and did not work just peed it all out
