SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders placed by 12:00 PM (CST) will be shipped the same day. Shipping is calculated by weight.

Orders will ship Business days Monday through Friday if received by 12 pm

Most items ship within 1-3 business days, except during weekends or a holidays.
US Postal orders are typically delivered with in 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your product order.

Return Policy:
All Sales are Final. Due to COVID-19 and other safety hazards we can not accept used or opened returned lotions.

Order Errors:

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please do not open the bottle or break any seal. A return label will be sent, so you can return the incorrect item at no cost to the customer. You can reach us via the CONTACT PAGE

The correct item will be sent with a prepaid return shipping label to send back the incorrect item.

Shipping

Please allow 1 – 3 days handling time for packages to ship. Most orders ship before 1-3 days but due to influx of orders are seasonal periods orders can be delayed a bit

Non-delivery/Refused package Returns: A 20% restock fee will be applied to the refund for packages returned due to non-delivery.
